Cliff Katz holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin in Counseling Psychology in 1981 and also Master’s degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. He was the founding Director of the Employee Assistance Program at UT Austin and has worked as a psychologist in a variety of settings including student counseling center, corporate psychologist, providing services to trainees in the Jobs Corps, and proving services in assisted living centers and rehabilitation hospitals. He has also held faculty positions at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, the University of Texas at Austin and at St. Edwards University in Austin.
He works with people dealing with significant life stress or major life changes including health challenges, job and career issues including retirement, and relationship difficulties, divorce, or death of a significant other.
He is currently accepting Medicare clients.
